Because of the overwhelming support from you we will host another food drive for the Chester County Food Bank. Just like previous years, please bring a non-perishable food donation. We only ask that you do NOT bring anything in a glass container. Items brought in glass containers will NOT be accepted by the Food Bank. Thanks in advance for your generosity. Lets see if we can collect 1500 pounds this year!

WOW!! We raised an astonishing $800 through raffle ticket sales. That's enough to make a Thanksgiving dinner for 40 families. Additionally, thanks to your generosity we were able to donate 1340 lbs of food.

It was so special that Claudia Rose-Muir, Direct Distribution and Procurement Manager, was able to stop in and address our guests in person. In a follow up letter she said, " It was very nice to get a chance to thank the folks in person and to be able to see the beautiful work that you all do. I hope that we can continue to partner to help serve the folks that face food insecurity on a daily basis.

Watch for details on 202'0's Swap or Challenge. Could it be E?

2019 TBRHG Member Sale Board

 as in DON'T MISS THIS.
Hook a small mat, no larger than 120 sq. inches, of anything that begins with the letter D. Please finish with your name, title if any, and
2019 Brandywine Hook-in challenge. Each participant is asked to contribute 1/8 yard of new wool with their challenge entry. A random drawing of challenge participants will be held and the winner takes home all the wool and their own mat.
Members of The Brandywine Rug Hooking Guild will have items available for sale again this year. Look for items on our Member Sale board. Item descriptions and contact information will be posted on the board. This is an excellent opportunity to find a frame or pattern or other rug hooking related item/s you may be looking for. All sales are between seller and purchaser and are considered independent transactions from TBRHG.
What's a Hook-in Without a Rug Show?
A lot less Colorful... A lot less Inspirational... A lot less Creative... and A Lot Less Educational  SO...lets make it a whole lot more of ALL these great things. Please bring your COLORFUL, INSPIRATIONAL, CREATIVE, EDUCATIONAL rugs to share at this year's Hook-in.
